Dutchman Fountains is owned and operated by Joseph and Susan Ahearn.  This family-owned business is now entering its 43rd year and is located in Rockdale, the historic section of Aston Township, Delaware County, PA. The grand, stone building, dating back to 1917,  which was Rockdale Elementary School, is now home to our extensive showrooms and workshops.

It was first established as a Fountain & Garden Statuary business by Vincent "Fritz" Lechner.  Fritz was a towering, blond Austrian who had emigrated to the States after the second World War. Known by the locals as the "Dutchman", Fritz found the inspiration he needed to name his new business.

Today at Dutchman Fountains, you will find beautiful and interesting pieces, from the classically inspired to the contemporary.  We are constantly renewing and extending the range of our inventory so that our customers can bring to their homes unique garden features, totally compatible with their style and landscape.
